Return Policy

Exchange only


If you happen to have an issue with any of our products, we are willing to arrange to accept your return for store credit within 7 days of purchase. If you have any questions or concerns with this policy, please contact the shop owner directly at celeste@heylittlediddle.net.

Items purchased with a discount are final sale only.

Returned items must be:

  • unworn, unwashed

  • in original new condition

  • all tags and packaging intact

  • free of stains, odors, animal hair and any damage

 

Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot accept your return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

There are certain situations where returns are not granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts.

Any item that has any type of odor, such as smoke, cooking or other.

Any item that is returned more than 1 week after delivery

Personalized and sale items are exempt from being returned.

Additional non-returnable items:
Baby & Mama care products (If there is an issue with a product, please contact manufacturer.)

No returns on teething items, pacifiers, hair accessories, hats, bonnets, tights, stuffed animals, toys, socks, swimwear, books, teethers, rattles, musicals or NORALEE brand products.

We are a locally owned small business. Please do not purchase an item if your intention is to take a photo then return it.

 

Please contact us via email prior to initiating any return. We will then offer to send you a trackable return label via email that you may affix to your package.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit as well as the cost that was paid by us to USPS, FedEx or UPS on your behalf to have your item sent to you. Typically around $7.

If you prefer to send your item yourself,  please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We’re unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

HOLIDAY RETURNS

Items purchased for Christmas may be returned by December 29th at the current sale price. For example, if an item was purchased at full price then goes on sale, the store credit will be for the current sale price. Thank you for understanding.
